Color stone metal tiles are composed of multiple layers. The base material is galvanized steel sheet, consisting of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon, providing strength and toughness. Over the galvanized steel sheet is a fingerprint-resistant coating that protects the galvanized layer and enhances adhesion to the colored sand particles. The colored sand granules form the decorative layer and base protection layer, manufactured from basalt particles through advanced coloring techniques and high-temperature sintering. Acrylic resin serves as the key bonding agent between the steel sheet and colored sand, while also functioning as a protective layer on the sand surface.
